Terms & Conditions:
All products sold by GACCT, Inc are brand new brand name merchandises. We do offer factory recertified items, the condition of those items are marked as factory recertified. All of our products comes with warranty either directly from their respective manufacturer or GACCT, Inc. Please read product’s description for warranty details.
International Sales
GACCT Inc sells and ships products to worldwide, but GACCT may reject any order from international at our discretion if we believe that the sale is a potential of fraud. GACCT will verify all the necessary information before the product(s) ship out.
Product Availability
GACCT sell all the products which are current in stock, but some products may not be available because of back order. However, GACCT will make every effort to keep all the products we sell in stock and promise to ship within 1 business day upon receipt of payment. If the product(s) you purchased is on back order, we will contact you thru email as soon as possible to make arrangement. You will have the option to cancel your order if our product is not currently in stock after you make the purchase.
Sales Tax
GACCT, Inc will charge New York State (8.75%) sales tax on shipment within the New York State.

Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order
If you wish to pay by personal check, cashier's check or money order, please make payable to “Global Advanced C&C Tech, Inc”. Please write your order number or auction number on the check, this will help us process your order faster. Mail your payment with a copy of your order to this address:

Credit Card via PayPal
Currently, GACCT can not accept credit card by phone or fax temporary, but we will work on this problem with our merchant account provider. However, we do accept credit card by using paypal. Our paypal email address is sales@theglobalacct.com According to the PayPal policy, we can only ship your product to your confirmed shipping address.
Global Advanced C&C Tech, Inc must receive your payment within 3 days for credit card payment online and 12 days for mail in payment or your order will be canceled. We will ship your order, or begin assembling your order, when full payment has been processed(Credit card, cashier’s check and money order - same day or (1) business day, personal check may take up to 7 business days to clear.)
SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you pay by credit card, all items that are in stock are usually ship within the same day or (1) business day. If you pay by cashier's check or money order, GACCT will ship your order when full payment has been received and clear(usually 1-2 business day). Personal check must first clear before shipment.4-6 business days) We will notify you by e-mail when your package ships. You may also email us to check the order status.
Our shipping rates are determined through the shippers servers, we are not responsible for any incorrect shipping amounts and in the rare event that you are undercharged for shipping, we will notify you and let you know of the additional charges.

We understand our customer wants their products fast, therefore, we provide different shipping options for customer to choose from. Generally, we use FedEX and USPS as our shipping method.

Shipping Rate
Products have a flat rate for standard service, unless otherwise noted in the shipping and handling portion of the product description page. For express delivery (USPS Priority, Next Day or 2nd Day), please email us for a shipping quote.
Quantity shipping discount may be available emailing us.
INSURANCE
Insurance is included in shipping and handling. If you should experience loss or damage from shipping, please email us to report.
Product Warranty
All products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please see the warranty information within the product description or email us at info@theglobalacct.com for warranty details.
Return Policy
Return is allow within 7 days of purchase, and GACCT is committed to work with you to ensure that every product under warranty free of defective. Please check the product description for warranty details and contact information.
Return Merchandise Authorization
Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to GACCT’s restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by GACCT. RMAs are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Shipping charge is not refundable.All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not include all peripherals will be returned to the customer
Return Shipping
All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Unauthorized Returns
GACCT, Inc will NOT accept any unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective products cannot be returned. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

In our experience, many problems can be resolved with the assistance and technical expertise of the manufacturer you may contact the manufacturer of the product or email us.
Warranty Support
Should your item require warranty services or is missing parts, please first contact the warranty service provider listed in the Warranty section of the product description. If your item has not been repaired to your satisfaction, GACCT will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, email us . Please include the name, phone number and case/reference number of the warranty provider. We will respond to you within 2 business days.
